Terms of service

1. Who operates Armii

Armii is operated by Armii App S.A. de C.V. ("Armii", "we", "us"), with its legal domicile at Av. Canal Río Churubusco 2179, Col. Agrícola Oriental, Iztacalco, Ciudad de México, C.P. 08500, México. Contact support@armii.gg for service, legal and privacy requests. Administrative correspondence may also be sent to admin@armii.gg.

You must be at least 18 years old, meet the age of legal adulthood where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Parental permission does not make someone under 18 eligible. By creating an account or expressly accepting these terms, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to bind it.

2. Your account and security

Provide accurate account and verification information, keep it current, and use an account you are authorized to control. A public username may differ from your legal name. Do not impersonate someone, share access to paid content through account sharing, or evade an account restriction.

Protect your password and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may verify account ownership before making sensitive changes. Responsibility for unauthorized activity is assessed under the facts and applicable law; these terms do not automatically make you liable for every action of an intruder.

3. Content and community standards

Respect other users, their boundaries, privacy and intellectual property. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every upload, including consent from identifiable people. Realistic depictions of people under 18 are not permitted under Armii’s creator-content rules.

Do not publish or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, trafficking, animal cruelty, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, fraud or other unlawful conduct. These restrictions also apply to manipulated or synthetic material. Do not expose private information, credentials or identity documents belonging to others.

Do not distribute malware, spam, deceptive promotions or stolen content; manipulate payments or prizes; bypass access controls; or scrape, resell or redistribute other users’ content without authorization. Statutory rights and lawful exceptions remain available. Community-specific rules may add reasonable boundaries but cannot override these terms or the law.

Public-facing profile images, banners, biographies and previews must be suitable for a general audience: no nudity, explicit sexual activity, graphic violence or explicit sexual solicitation. These surfaces can be seen without signing in. A blurred preview does not make prohibited source content acceptable. Armii may restrict a public surface without necessarily removing lawful purchased content from Collection.

Clearly disclose when content is generated or materially altered with AI or other synthetic tools in a way that could mislead someone about a person, event or interaction. Ordinary cropping, compression or minor color correction does not by itself require an AI label. Do not use another person’s likeness without the necessary permission, create non-consensual intimate simulations, impersonate someone, or misrepresent generated or prerecorded interactions as personal live responses. These rules apply to uploaded material regardless of which tool created it; they do not announce an Armii AI-editing feature.

4. Your ownership and Armii’s limited content license

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Armii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and technically adapt it as needed to operate the service and provide the audience access you select. Technical adaptations include compression, thumbnails and blurred previews. Service providers may perform these tasks on our behalf.

This license does not transfer ownership or give Armii an unrestricted right to sell your work. Public profile information and previews of public posts may appear on the public website. Separate permission is required for unrelated advertising uses of your content.

Removing an item from a profile, blocking a buyer or deleting a creator account does not revoke access to content already purchased into that buyer’s Collection. The limited license continues for hosting and delivering those purchases and maintaining the records needed for that access, even after the creator leaves Armii. It does not authorize new public promotion or new sales after removal. Other uses end when content is removed from our systems, subject to lawful retention and resolving existing rights or transactions. Mandatory privacy, copyright and consumer rights remain available, including requests concerning unlawful content.

5. Visibility and access to creator content

Armii supports different audiences, including public, follower and subscriber access. Check the audience before posting. Public profiles may be visible without login and indexed by search engines. The website displays reduced-size profile artwork and blurred previews of public media posts.

A subscription or content purchase grants the personal access described in the offer; it does not transfer copyright or permission to redistribute the work. Restricted access and previews reduce exposure but cannot prevent every screenshot or unauthorized copy. Creators must accurately describe their offers and distinguish time-limited subscription access from items purchased into Collection.

Purchased items saved in Collection, accessible from the app’s main menu, remain available to the buyer when the creator deletes their profile, blocks that buyer or removes the item from their profile. Subscription access alone does not mean every viewed post has been purchased into Collection. Collection is continuing access through Armii, not a transfer of ownership or a guarantee that the service will exist forever. Access may still be restricted for a lawful takedown, a safety violation, a refunded or reversed purchase, or another justified restriction under these terms; section 9 governs available remedies.

6. Reporting, moderation and appeals

Use in-app reporting or email support@armii.gg for abuse, copyright infringement, impersonation, non-consensual intimate material or moderation appeals. Identify the account and item or provide its link, describe the issue and relevant dates, give a reply address, and include evidence you can lawfully share. You may report harmful material without first contacting the person who posted it. Do not redistribute the material, send passwords or include unnecessary identity documents; if verification is needed, ask support for an appropriate process.

We may review reports, temporarily restrict visibility, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Urgent protective action may precede notice. Where legally permitted and consistent with protecting others, we will explain the affected content or account, the reason for the decision and how to challenge it. Restrictions on a public profile do not automatically cancel valid Collection purchases, and moderation does not remove any remedy required for paid access.

A copyright complaint should identify the protected work and allegedly infringing item, explain your ownership or authority to act, and confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you believe the use is unauthorized. We may request clarification or proportionate proof. We will handle any legally required notice or counter-notice process under the applicable law, without assuming that every dispute is governed by a single country’s procedure. We limit disclosure of complaint information to what is needed for review, a response or a legal requirement; confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every proceeding.

To appeal, reply to the decision notice or email support@armii.gg with the affected account or item, any case reference, why you believe the decision is wrong and any new evidence. A reviewer will consider the explanation and communicate the outcome or request further information. Timing depends on urgency and complexity; applicable legal deadlines still govern. A good-faith appeal is not itself a violation, although sending an appeal does not automatically restore access. You may still use competent authorities or courts.

7. Coins, purchases and transaction records

Coins are an in-app balance used for supported purchases, subscriptions, gifts, tips and other disclosed features. The purchase price and quantity are shown before confirmation and may differ by store, currency, taxes and region. Purchases made through Apple or Google are processed under the relevant store’s purchase rules.

Regular users cannot withdraw coins for money. Creator withdrawal eligibility is a separate program; a purchase does not automatically make coins redeemable or turn a user into a creator. Coins are not a bank deposit, investment or promise of profit. Do not sell or exchange balances outside authorized Armii features.

Review the amount before confirming. Keep your receipt and contact support if an approved purchase is missing or incorrect. Closing the app or losing a connection does not automatically forfeit a valid payment or your legal rights.

For interpreting balances, purchased coins are obtained by paying for a coin package; promotional coins are granted under a disclosed promotion; prize coins are awarded through a feature such as Treasure; and creator earnings arise from eligible monetized activity. These sources can have different spending, reversal and withdrawal conditions even if displayed together. Buying coins or later becoming a creator does not automatically convert purchased or promotional coins into withdrawable earnings. Eligible Treasure prizes for creators follow section 12. Promotional restrictions must be disclosed when offered and cannot silently reduce an established paid entitlement.

A displayed balance is not by itself confirmation that all of it is cleared for withdrawal. Pending payments, reversals and amounts under a specific dispute are considered separately when determining eligibility. You may ask support to explain a credit, debit or adjustment and the transaction it relates to.

Where web coin purchases are available, the package shows its base coins, any bonus coins, the total quantity, price and currency before payment. Web packages may differ from packages in the mobile stores. Confirm that you are signed in to the account that should receive the coins. Web checkout is processed by Stripe as a one-time purchase, and Armii credits the account after verifying payment. Returning to the website is not itself proof of payment or delivery. A bonus does not make purchased or promotional coins eligible for cash withdrawal. Any applicable taxes or charges must be disclosed before confirmation. The displayed package price in the selected payment currency (MXN, EUR or USD, where supported) is the total charged by Armii, including any applicable taxes. Prices in different currencies are fixed offers and need not be equivalent at a current exchange rate. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges or fees. Currency may be selected automatically using your approximate location. Check the currency and final total displayed by Stripe before confirming; a Mexican-peso checkout option is available if needed.

8. Subscriptions, gifts and paid messages

A coin-funded creator subscription lasts for the period shown before confirmation. The current subscription system uses 30-day periods, with longer terms where offered. It does not automatically renew by charging your wallet; you must make another purchase to extend access. Any future recurring-payment product must separately disclose its renewal and cancellation conditions.

Gifts and tips provide the benefit described at purchase. A paid message or VIP chat may give a conversation priority but does not guarantee a reply, personal relationship, particular content or outcome. A creator remains responsible for any specific paid benefit they expressly promise.

Before offering a paid benefit, a creator must clearly describe the content or service, the price in coins, what access is included, its duration and any promised delivery or response time. A subscription does not include separately priced items unless the offer says so. Creators must honor specific paid commitments and disclose material limits before purchase; a general statement that replies are not guaranteed does not cancel an express paid promise. Changes to an offer apply to future purchases and must respect existing commitments.

9. Refunds, errors and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the purchase channel and the circumstances, including duplicate charges, failed delivery or a materially different service. For store purchases, use Apple’s or Google’s refund process where required, and contact support@armii.gg if you need help identifying the transaction.

Spending coins, receiving digital content or being suspended may affect the available remedy but does not create a blanket waiver of refunds or consumer rights. We may correct an erroneous credit or a refunded or reversed transaction after examining the records, without charging you twice. We will not remove a legal remedy merely because you raised a good-faith complaint.

If a promised paid benefit is missing, materially different or inaccessible, contact support with the receipt or transaction reference, creator/item, purchase date and a description of what was offered and what happened. We will review the offer and transaction and, where appropriate, seek the creator’s response. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, a remedy may include delivery, restored access, an extension, a proportionate or full refund, or legally required compensation. A substitute benefit or coin credit does not replace a monetary refund where the law entitles you to one.

Deleting a creator profile, blocking a buyer or withdrawing an item from sale does not by itself remove that buyer’s valid Collection purchase. If the purchased item remains accessible and the promised benefit was delivered, those changes alone do not establish failed delivery. They may still affect a separate paid subscription or promised interaction. If a Collection item must be removed for legal or safety reasons, we will assess the affected purchase and available remedy; no one is entitled to continued access to unlawful material.

A legitimate refund or chargeback may require reversing the corresponding coins, access entitlement or creator earnings so that the same transaction is not paid twice. Adjustments must relate to the affected transaction and respect applicable rights; a good-faith payment dispute does not justify taking unrelated earnings. You do not have to give up a lawful store, bank or consumer complaint to request help from Armii.

For a web coin payment problem or refund request, contact support@armii.gg with the order reference. Refunds are processed in the original payment currency; your payment provider’s conversion rates or fees may affect the amount you receive. A refund or reversal adjusts the base and bonus coins associated with that purchase. For a partial refund, the combined coin quantity is reduced in proportion to the refunded purchase amount, rounding the reduction up to the next whole coin and never above the original quantity. Coins already spent may leave a negative balance reflecting the adjustment. A disputed payment may temporarily restrict the corresponding credit; if resolved in the purchaser's favor, the refund or reversal applies, and if resolved in Armii's favor, any eligible credit is restored after accounting for refunds. You may request review of an adjustment. These processes do not authorize an additional card charge or remove mandatory refund or complaint rights.

10. Creator verification, fees and agencies

Creator access and monetization may require email confirmation, identity and age verification, content samples, social-account information and valid payout details. Verification is not a guarantee of earnings or an endorsement of every upload. Submit only documents you are entitled to provide.

The standard Armii fee is 18%. Eligible founder tiers use 10% for Tier 1, 12% for Tier 2 and 14% for Tier 3. A separately agreed agency arrangement may set a creator-specific Armii fee between 8% and 30%. The applicable arrangement must identify the rate and calculation basis to the creator before it applies; it is not an additional fee automatically stacked on the standard rate.

Creator earnings are calculated using the applicable net amount after relevant store or payment charges, refunds, adjustments and taxes, with the Armii fee applied as disclosed for the account. Agency service charges, if any, must be distinguished from Armii’s fee. A public calculator is illustrative and does not replace the creator’s agreement or account statement.

Founder or agency benefits follow the terms actually granted to the creator. These terms do not silently auction, revoke or retroactively change an existing benefit. Material changes require notice and must respect existing agreements and mandatory law.

An agency or assistant must have the account holder’s authorization for the specific work it performs. Representation does not by itself transfer ownership of an account, content or earnings, or authorize changes to identity, payout destination or account closure. Any such change requires the relevant holder’s authority and Armii’s applicable verification process. The creator and representative must define the scope and duration of access, keep it to what the work needs and comply with these terms and applicable law for their own actions.

If an authorized team member handles creator messages or paid interactions, the creator must make that clear before a buyer relies on an offer of personal interaction. Do not falsely claim that a team-written, automated or prerecorded response was personally written or performed live by the creator. Stop access when authorization ends and notify support promptly if assistance is needed to secure the account. Use an access method approved by Armii and do not share passwords. Contact support if you need help arranging authorized access.

Creators and their authorized representatives must use subscriber, buyer and message information only to deliver the requested service, handle support or meet a lawful obligation. Do not sell it, publish private interactions, build unrelated contact lists or send marketing without the required permission. Limit staff access, protect any necessary records, and delete or return data when the authorized purpose ends unless the law requires retention. Notify support@armii.gg promptly of unauthorized access or disclosure and assist with affected users’ rights requests. These duties continue after an agency relationship or creator account ends.

11. Creator payouts

Current payouts follow the instructions and conditions applicable to your creator account. Contact support@armii.gg to confirm eligibility, method and status. There is no automatic right for regular users to withdraw coins.

A manual-claim payout process is planned but is not currently available. Under that process, an eligible creator would first claim earnings as coins and then request withdrawal of an eligible balance, with a planned USD 10 minimum withdrawal. The applicable conversion calculation, eligible amount, deductions and resulting payout will be disclosed before a withdrawal request is confirmed. Final conditions apply only when the process is introduced and its terms take effect. The retail purchase price of coins does not determine their payout value or make every coin balance withdrawable. Changes do not retroactively remove established entitlements.

The planned withdrawal methods are PayPal and direct bank transfer. Method-specific processing charges and any currency-conversion charges will be disclosed before a request is confirmed; the net amount received may differ from the gross USD value. Processing estimates, eligibility checks and any additional conditions will be provided when the feature becomes available.

Provide correct payout details for an account you may lawfully use and comply with applicable tax requirements. A disputed amount may be held for a specific, legitimate review, with an explanation where legally permitted. A change to future payout terms does not retroactively erase an established entitlement.

A payout hold must relate to an identifiable issue, such as payment settlement, a disputed transaction, identity or payout-detail verification, suspected fraud or a legal requirement. We will explain the reason and what is needed to resolve it where disclosure is lawful, review the hold as the issue develops, and release eligible amounts when the reason ends. Support can review a disputed calculation or hold. Restrictions should be limited to the amount and duration justified by the issue; account closure alone does not confiscate established earnings.

12. Treasure and other games

Treasure is an existing feature involving coin entries and prizes. Regular users cannot withdraw prize coins while they remain regular users. Qualifying, unspent Treasure prizes may become withdrawable after the account becomes a verified creator eligible for withdrawals, including prizes won before verification, subject to the creator program and legal restrictions. This does not make purchased or other ineligible coins withdrawable.

Participation in Treasure is governed by the Treasure rules, which form part of these Terms. Read them before entering for eligibility, entry costs, the weekly schedule, prize calculations, random selection, withdrawals, cancellations, redraws and complaints.

Roulette and other chance-based minigames are not currently available. Any new game will have its own rules, eligibility requirements and reward conditions, made available before participation and subject to applicable law and distribution-platform requirements.

Armii, not Apple or Google, is responsible for any Armii-organized promotion. Apple and Google do not sponsor, administer or endorse it. Do not exploit errors, manipulate entries or use another account to evade eligibility restrictions.

13. AI features, events and external services

AI image editing is not currently available. Before introducing it, Armii will explain any additional rules and relevant data handling, including third-party processing. Accepting these terms does not provide blanket consent to undisclosed future AI uses.

Links to social networks, app stores and payout providers lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Armii is responsible for its own obligations and does not guarantee unrelated third-party content or services.

Event ticket purchases through an Armii-linked Stripe checkout are separate from web and in-app coin purchases and creator subscriptions. Review the event, organizer or seller, date, venue, currency, total price and any admission or cancellation conditions shown before paying. Contact support@armii.gg with the order reference for assistance with an Armii-promoted event, including cancellation or a material change. Event-specific conditions cannot remove mandatory refund or consumer rights; using Stripe does not remove Armii’s own obligations.

14. Closing an account or restricting access

You may request account deletion through the app’s account settings or by contacting support@armii.gg. Ownership verification may be needed. A creator’s deletion does not automatically erase content already purchased by others: the media and limited records needed to honor those Collection purchases can remain, as explained in sections 4 and 5 and the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app from your device does not delete the account. Contact support for requests involving unlawful material or other mandatory rights.

We may restrict or terminate access for the reasons in these terms or as required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice, reasons and a way to contest the decision. Outstanding legitimate payments, refunds, creator earnings and necessary legal records must be addressed; termination is not a blanket forfeiture of money or statutory rights.

15. Service availability and responsibility

We aim to operate Armii with reasonable care, but features may be interrupted, corrected or changed. We do not promise uninterrupted access, specific creator earnings, a guaranteed response from another user or perfect protection against copying. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer, privacy or intellectual-property remedies. Armii’s software and brand remain protected; users receive permission to use the service as provided, not ownership of it.

16. Changes, law and contact

We will publish updated terms with their effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate account, in-app or email notice before taking effect where required. Changes apply prospectively; we will seek fresh acceptance when needed. A privacy notice is not a request for consent to every possible use of data.

Mexican law applies, subject to mandatory protections available where you live. Disputes may be raised with support@armii.gg and, where applicable, competent courts or consumer and privacy authorities. Mexico City courts may hear disputes where legally appropriate; this does not remove a consumer’s mandatory right to another forum or authority. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.

The Spanish and English versions are intended to express the same rules. If a translation differs, we will correct it and apply the interpretation required by law, without using a translation error to reduce your rights.
