These Terms will be updated within the near future. By making use of the platform you commit to watch out for changes on the present Terms and comply with them.
1. Terminology
• Armii: Also referred to as “platform”, “site” or “app”. Refers to our website https://armii.gg, and our official mobile applications.
• We: Also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”. Refers to Armii as a company owned by Luis Antonio Castañeda Mares, the representatives Roberto Julian Sánchez Cardona and Stephen Serge Thoison Ferman, and the rest of the staff working at Armii.
• User: Also referred to as “you” or “your”. Refers to any individual visiting or making use of the platform, including both Consumers and Creators.
• Consumer: Refers to any User that has been registered on Armii, including Creators.
• Creator: Also referred to as “content creator”. Refers to any User that has been registered on the site or app, verified by us as a content creator, and allowed to share Content on the platform.
• Activity: Refers to any interaction between the User and the platform, including but not limited to interactions with other Users.
• Content: Refers to any text, imagery, video, film, animation, document, file, and any other digital asset distributed, uploaded, posted, displayed, or published by Users on the platform.
• Realistic content: Includes or features real life people or animals. It also refers to all artistic styles that are realistic, hyperrealistic or try to emulate reality or can be easily mistaken with real life.
2. Users in general
As a User you accept that all Content and Activity is under the governance of what's written in the present document. The next prohibitions and commitments apply to all Users.
2.1 Prohibitions
• It is prohibited to use and stay in the App for Users that are not at least eighteen (18) years old and do not qualify for adulthood in their country of residence.
• It is prohibited to download, copy, retrieve, or steal any Content.
• It is prohibited to use Armii for political purposes, such as campaigns.
• It is prohibited to use Armii for religious purposes, such as cult recruitment, or distributing Content seeking to manipulate Users to adopt certain religious ideology.
• It is prohibited to perform any illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, threatening or harassing Activity.
2.2 Commitments
• You will make sure that all information you submit to Armii is truthful, accurate and complete.
• You will keep your personal information updated at Armii.
• You will keep all sensitive information about your account confidential and secure. This includes but is not limited to avoiding connecting to public networks when using Armii and updating your password regularly.
• It is your responsibility to make sure any Content or Activity originating from your account is compliant with the present Terms of Service.
• By using the platform You grant Us the permission to store, hold and refer to any Content ever uploaded to our database from your Armii Account, as well as any Activity performed from your account. And you may not take any legal actions against Us in regards to your Content or Activity.
• You are responsible for all Content and Activity on your account even if someone else uses your account.
3. Consumers
The following commitments apply to all Consumers.
3.1 Commitments
• You will report to us any Content or Activity that you know is being noncompliant with anything stated in the present Terms of Service, by sending an email to support@armii.gg.
• You acknowledge the fact that every Creator defines the boundaries of respect and what they consider respectful and acceptable for them and the community they build in Armii, you will always act with respect within the boundaries of the Creators when interacting with them or their communities, and you will act with general respect when interacting with other Users.
• You accept the fact that Creators can delete from their profiles, without prior notice, any Activity originating from your profile, whenever they find it offensive, inappropriate, disrespectful, or if they know it is noncompliant with the present Terms of Service.
• You accept the fact that Creators have the right to suspend, without prior notice, the benefits you were granted when you subscribed to their Armii profile, whenever they consider you were disrespectful or missbehaved according to the present Terms of Service, and you are not allowed to ask, claim, demand, or request for refunds of any monetary amount you have spent at Armii.
4. Creators
4.1 Content creator verification
By applying for the “Content creator verification” you commit to fill all the required fields for the verification form and allow us to collect, analyze, and store your information including three (3) pieces of your content and a listing of social platforms that you make use of. We use this data to certify that you are not stealing another person’s identity or content. Any User willing to become a Creator has to:
Register at Armii.
Confirm the email address for your account.
Login to Armii.
Find the verification section to start the process.
Fill the required information and submit the form. We can reject your request at this point in which case you won't be considered a Creator and you will have to start over from step No.4 if you wish to apply again for verification. If we accept your request you will have to continue to step No.6.
Follow the instructions we will provide you via email and reply with any information and/or evidence we might or might not request.
You will receive an email accepting or rejecting your request to get verified. If you get rejected you’ll have to start all over from step No.4, if you get accepted you will start to be considered as a Creator.
4.2 Prohibitions
The following prohibitions apply to all Creators.
• It is prohibited to feature, showcase, expose or glorify animal cruelty.
• It is prohibited to use Armii to display, upload, post, distribute or monetize content as your own when it is not of your own.
• It is prohibited to feature, showcase, or expose in your Realistic content individuals who are under eighteen (18) years old.
• It is prohibited to feature, showcase, or expose in your Content individuals other than yourself without their approval.
4.3 Activity
As a Creator you commit to upload content to the platform at least once a month. The lack of activity in your account might get your account status suspended as a Creator, where you'll have to contact the support team to reactivate your Creator account. If you are a holder of any "TIER" Founders Benefits, said benefits will get revoked and transferred to another Creator. If you were a holder of any "TIER" Founder Benefits, after your account gets reactivated you'll be placed in whichever TIER has an open spot, meaning you're not guaranteed to be placed on the same TIER you had before the suspension. If no TIER spots are open, you'll lose your Founder Benefits completely. If there are not any "TIER" Founder Benefits available at the moment your account gets suspended, the spot you had will be offered in auction at the market with 0% retributions for your account.
5. Payments
• Payments and costs may vary depending on platform specific fees.
• No Content can be directly purchased with payment methods except for subscriptions, all Users will be required to purchase an in-App currency if they wish to acquire or be granted the permission to visualize and/or make use of any product, digital content, service or software feature within the App.
• As a User you agree to allow Armii to request for payments.
• A clear amount of in-App currencies will be displayed before any transaction is requested. After you approve the transaction you will have to remain on the App until the transaction gets confirmed or rejected. We are not responsible for any payment not being registered in our platform if you leave the App while waiting for the transaction to be completed, including external factors that could force you to leave such as electrical failure of your hardware or interruptions from your internet service provider. If your transaction gets confirmed but it was not registered by Armii, please contact support@armii.gg and provide relevant evidence of said transaction so that we can reflect the payment for your account if applicable.
• As a User you agree to pay for any additional fee that may be requested by a service provider involved at a given transaction when using the App.
5.1 Subscriptions
Creators can choose to monetize their Content by making some Content to be only accessible by subscribers. Any Consumer is allowed to subscribe to any Creator by purchasing and spending an amount of in-App currencies using the “Subscribe” button located on the Creator’s profile. The benefits of being a subscriber will last for thirty one (31) days, once said amount of time has passed you will cease to be a subscriber and you will have the option to subscribe again.
5.2 Paid Messages and VIP Chat
Any Consumer is allowed to send Paid Messages to any Creator even without being subscribed to said Creator. By sending a Paid Message your chat with the Creator will be marked as VIP for a set amount of time, all VIP Chats will be displayed on top of regular chats so that the Creator is more likely to see your chat before others. However the Creator is not obligated to open a VIP Chat or respond to a Paid Message, it is also not our concern and we are not obligated or responsible for any possible outcome in regards to sending a Paid Message.
6. Earnings
• We charge a fee(Armii Fee) of eighteen percent (18%) over the net value of in-App currencies earned by a Creator. However, Creators holding TIER 1 Founder Benefits (T1) will only be charged an Armii Fee of ten percent (10%), Creators holding TIER 2 Founder Benefits (T2) will be charged an Armii Fee of twelve percent (12%), and Creators holding TIER 3 Founder Benefits (T3) will be charged an Armii Fee of fourteen percent (14%).
• All earnings are reflected in USD and their equivalent in the in-App Currency for all Creators.
• The Armii Fee applies on the displayed earnings at the Creator’s dashboard, which are calculated after taking into account any fees, taxes, or charges external to Us that the User may have had paid originally.
7. Payouts
• Payouts will be distributed during the second half of each month (GMT - 5).
• As a Creator you’re responsible to configure a payout method that suits your situation, taking into consideration that bank transfers are only available for Mexican Users with a Mexican bank account. The other alternatives for payouts are via Paypal, and via a Cryptocurrency, however, the Creator will pay for any additional fee external to Armii that may be generated during payouts.
• It is your responsibility as a Creator to verify your personal information regarding the payout method of your choice is correct before payouts are distributed.
• You can request an early payout with no extra fees, by sending your request to support@armii.gg or choyi@armii.gg.
